    • Manage your properties, units, leases and tenants in one place, for one or more companies.
    • Rent due is created automatically, with one QR-bill per tenant. Your bank statements (camt file) match each payment to its lease.
    • Leases, inspection reports and service-charge statements are generated for you, ready to sign.
    • The rent-setting notice is filled in on your canton's official form. If the rent rises compared with the previous lease, the reasons for the increase are suggested to you.
    • Secure two-step sign-in: app, passkey or SMS. You can change method at any time.
    • A help button in the app lets you report a problem or share an idea. Your request comes straight to us.
