What AI means at Gestorent

Gestorent uses artificial intelligence for a single task: reading the documents you upload (invoices, receipts) and suggesting the amount, the category and the file name. Nothing is saved without your confirmation.

• Hosting

  The models run at Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Your documents do not leave Switzerland; Infomaniak does not retain them and does not use them to train any model.

• Technology

  A large language model that reads text and images, provided by a third party and called through a secure interface. We do not train it and do not modify it.

• Our part

  The instructions given to the model, automatic checks and validation by the user. For example, the IBAN, reference and amount read are cross-checked against the payment part of the QR-bill.

• Your choice

  AI is disabled by default. It only activates with the explicit agreement of the account holder or an administrator, who can switch it off at any time.
