How to report a flaw to us, and what you can expect in return.
Reporting a vulnerability
Write to us at security@gestorent.ch, describing the problem observed, the steps to reproduce it, and its impact. Do not include any real data belonging to a third party in your message: a screenshot or a reconstructed example is enough to demonstrate the flaw.
Response time we aim for
We aim to acknowledge receipt within five business days. The time needed to fix the issue then depends on its severity and complexity.
Commitment to a good-faith report
For a report made in good faith, as part of a reasonable test (without access to another user's data, without interrupting the service, and without public disclosure before a fix is available), we will not pursue legal action against the person who sends it to us.
